Downing Jeffry Allen

- CEO & Director

Mr. Jeffry brings 23 years of global capital markets experience with numerous US, European and Canadian banks, including Barclays Capital, National Bank Financial, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and most recently BMO Capital Markets, where he held the role of Managing Director, Institutional Equity Sales. Over the years, he has developed strong working relationships with Tier 1 institutional investors throughout the United States providing corporate strategy, and peer and financial analysis and insights on corporates within the materials, commodities and mining sectors. Mr. Jeffry holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University.

Downing Mary Suzanne

- CFO and Corporate Secretary

Dr. Mary Downing is a licensed clinical psychologist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and has acquired a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. Controller and creating a large gold mining company, she was part of the extractive industries audit practice, specializing in audits of mining and oil and gas clients, before transferring to the Deloitte Vancouver mining practice as part of a global secondment program.

Michael Smith

- SVP, Exploration

Mr. Smith is a structural geologist and leads the Fury technical team. Previously, Mr. Smith was the global structural geologist at Newmont, where his contributions significantly increased the reserves and resources base in the Ahafo district in Ghana. Mr. Smith has also worked extensively at other major gold camps in South America, the Carlin Trend, Guinea and Canada.

Bryan Micheal

- VP, Project Development

Mr. Micheal has been involved in mineral exploration globally for over fifteen years with a focus on orogenic lode gold and intermediate sulphidation epithermal deposits. Most recently, his work has been with high sulphidation, intermediate sulphidation, skarn and orogoenic deposit styles throughout the Americas. Mr. Micheal has undertaken roles varying from soil sampler to ground geophysical surveyer, through to project geologist, project manager and most recently, Exploration Manager. In his role as an Exploration Manager he oversaw the successful completion of over 45,000m of exploration drilling across three projects in a six-month period with an overall budget of $40M. Mr. Micheal has also developed a valuable background in community relations as the manager of all First Nations engagement across Auryn Resources’ North American project portfolio.

Salisha James

- VP, Investor Relations

Salisha James is a senior investor relations (IR) professional with more than 12 years of experience in the mining industry. Ms. James most recently held the position of principal consultant at Target IR & Communications, a full-service IR firm focused on providing capital markets advisory and communications support to junior mining companies. She has worked for Canadian based and internationally based companies, such as Petra Diamonds, Desert Lion Energy, Aura Minerals and Champion Iron Mines.

She has as also served as director of professional development at the Canadian Investor Relations Institute, where she researched and identified IR best practices and oversaw the planning and execution of the organization’s annual conference.

Ms. James began her IR career in the pharmaceutical industry holding roles at Biovail Corporation and Patheon Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business (York University).
